- About me
I am a senior software developer that has worked professionaly in the I.T. industry since 1998.
My interest in programming started when I was ten years old when my parents bought me my first micro computer:
the iconic Commodore VIC-20. Through this I learnt BASIC. I later owned three more popular micro computers: the ZX-Spectrum, the Amstrad CPC464 and the Commodore Amiga.
I finally got around to purchasing my first PC in the mid nineties, and learnt Visual Basic.
This kick started my career in I.T. I now write solutions for Applications, Databases, Web, Mobile and PDA - mainly using C# and Microsoft Tools.
I also dabble with linux, C++, Python and Perl. Outside of computers my other interests are Gadgets, Reading, Rugby, Cycling, Running and Eating-out. I am also married and have two children.
